Clear rules for useful work.
These terms explain what the service does, what credits buy, and the care every user still needs to take.
Effective July 17, 2026Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information when creating it or making a payment.
Decision support, not a guarantee
Find What's Missing helps you uncover assumptions, compare paths, and create stronger briefs and answers. AI and web sources can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important facts, licenses, prices, security claims, and professional advice before acting. The service does not replace legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Credits and checks
A completed full check currently costs 20 credits. The checkout shows the price and credits before you pay. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless a written referral program says otherwise. If a paid check fails before delivering a result, its reserved credits are returned automatically.
Fair use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights, bypass security, scrape or overload the service, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or obtain restricted harmful assistance. We may limit or suspend abusive use to protect users and the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the service. Only submit information you have the right to use. Safe share summaries are created for you to review; sharing remains your choice.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service dependable but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. To the extent allowed by law, indirect losses and losses caused by decisions made without reasonable verification are excluded. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unchanged.
Changes and contact
We may update the product or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions or legal requests can be sent through the support channel shown in your account or payment receipt.
