You should receive what you paid for.
Failed checks return their credits automatically. Payment problems are reviewed fairly and local consumer rights always apply.
Effective July 17, 2026Failed checks
When a full check fails before a result is delivered, the 20-credit reservation is returned automatically. If this does not appear after a short delay, contact support with the time of the attempt and the email used for your account.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Contact us promptly if a payment was duplicated or unauthorized. We will review the payment record and work with the payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may offer additional dispute protections.
Unused credits
Requests made within seven days of purchase may be reviewed when the purchased credits have not been used. Credits already used for completed checks are normally non-refundable unless the service was materially defective. Where local law provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.
How to request help
Use the support channel shown in your account or payment receipt and include the account email, payment ID, date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
