We collect only what is needed to run your checks, save your history when you choose, and keep the service reliable.

We process your account details, the questions and answers you submit, generated results, basic usage and security information, and payment records such as order status and the credit pack purchased. We do not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your request, research relevant options, produce a result, maintain your private history, manage credits and payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use your private work for advertising.
Who helps us provide the service
We use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, AI, search-grounding, and payment providers, including Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Razorpay. They process limited information under their own security and data-protection commitments. Search grounding may retain derived queries and supplied context for up to three days.
Security and privacy
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Saved conversation history also uses application-layer encryption. This is not end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption because the service must decrypt saved work to show it to you and complete requested processing. Routine human access is not part of the product; tightly controlled access may occur for security, legal, or support needs.
Retention and deletion
Saved checks remain available until you delete them. We may retain minimum payment, credit-ledger, fraud-prevention, and legal records for as long as required. Deletion can take additional time to leave secured backups.
Your choices
You can delete individual saved checks in History. You may also request access, correction, export, restriction, or account deletion through the support channel shown in your account or payment receipt. Local law may give you additional rights.
Age and changes
The service is for people aged 18 or older. We will post material changes here and update the effective date before the revised policy applies.
